People at Play: The Heavy Equipment Experience allows individuals to experience the thrill of operating heavy construction machines such as excavators, loaders and bulldozers in a fun, "construction themed" environment! Live out your childhood dreams on our extreme machines -- it's dirty digging fun for men and women alike!
"Crew members" can join at a variety of level depending on the amount of time and types of machines that are interested in running. One hour "Just Play" packages are available for all machines.
The "Operator" package gives participants the opportunity to dig in the dirt with a CAT 312 Excavator and take on our one-of-a-kind challenge course. The two hour experience includes a safety training, machine orientation, commemorative hard hat and 5 x 7 photograph.
The "Foreman" package is a half-day (3 hour) experience adds in a fun skid steer loader and tricky race course to conquer!
The Big Daddy of them all is the "Superintendent" package which is an all-day event (5 - 6 hours) which includes the Excavator, skid steer loader and also time runnig a CAT D3 Bulldozer and a boxed lunch designed for a hearty construction worker's appetite!
Customized programs and equipment training as well as special holiday packages are available throughout the year. Participants must be aged 18 and older. Gift certificates are available for all packages.
Group team building programs designed to improve communication, inspire comraderie or just for simply celebrating together can be arranged for groups of six or more. Events such as "Mini(Excavator) Golf" and "The Grading Challenge" keep groups entertained and engaged for day long adventures. Food and beverage and other special programs and add ons are available for this unique group outing!
