o    The building color and glazing help to reflect the light and reduce the heat being absorbed.  The roof also has a special reflective coating.

o    Landscaping is all native plants that, once established, will only require water at the driest times.

o    The rooms are all equipped with airtight, Category 4 Hurricane proof glass which helps with the soundproofing and energy savings.

o    All the cleaning solutions used are from a LEED certified program of Proctor and Gamble, being less harmful to the waterways.

o    Breakfast is now served on Taterware which is a bio-degradable product made from recycled potatoes.

o    Showers are available in the employee break room to encourage employees to ride their bikes to work, in turn encouraging a healthier lifestyle and reducing the impact of transportation by car.
