Sara Bay Country Club

Founded in 1926, Sara Bay Country Club is one of Florida's most historic and venerable private golf clubs. The club's facilities are for the exclusive use of Sara Bay members and their guests. The club is located just north of downtown Sarasota, Florida's cultural capital, and is a short drive from the Gulf Coast Keys of Longboat, Lido, St. Armands, Bird and Siesta. Designed by legendary architect Donald Ross, he considered Sara Bay Country Club among his personal favorites. The course is widely recognized as an outstanding example of classic golf architecture and was restored in 2018. The club maintains a low membership roster which insures tee time availability and a comfortable pace of play, whether walking or riding. In addition to a traditional golfing experience, Sara Bay Country Club indulges members with exceptional clubhouse facilities.
