Take a Stand Against Genocide: Keynote speaker Cameron Hudson, senior advisor to the Committee on Conscience of the U.S. Holocaust Museum and former Chief of Staff to the President’s Special Envoys for Sudan (Princeton Lyman and Maj. Gen. Scott Gration), speaks about his experience, policy issues and the situation in Sudan, The Democratic Republic of Congo, Somalia and other African countries.
Humanity Working to End Genocide, the rally sponsor, is a coalition of over 55 local civic, religious, business, and community organizations and schools in Sarasota and Manatee counties. This is its sixth annual program. Free and open to the public.
