Impress friends and family by bringing them to Sarasota’s award-winning hot spot for Easter dining, starting with an elaborate Easter Brunch Buffet from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. or going ala carte of Libby’s regular menu for evening dining starting at 3 p.m.

Chef Fran Casciato adds his creative culinary touches to offer something out-of-the ordinary that showcases tradition-with-a-twist and a unique holiday dining experience. Not-to-be-overlooked is Libby’s famous Bloody Mary and Mimosa Bar, where diners can create their own specialty brunch beverage.

Regular dinner service with ala Carte options resumes from 3-10 p.m. with prices ranging from $3-$36.

Easter Brunch Dining Indulgence Options…
Featuring 25 items on its elaborate buffet, indulgent options range from Prime Rib to Mini Crab Cakes, along with Gulf Shrimp Cocktail, several fresh and grilled vegetable salads, Pot Roast & Mashed Potatoes, Applewood Smoked Scottish Salmon, Penne Pasta and Heritage Meatballs, Pear & Four Cheese Tortelloni and more. Breakfast related items include Create-Your-Own Omelette Station, Blueberry Pancakes with real maple syrup, Maple Sausage Links, Three Cheese Biscuits and Gravy, Cheddar Hash Browns, Scrambled eggs and fresh-from-the oven Cinnamon Buns. Dessert choices include Key Lime Pie, Assorted Petite Fours, Chocolate Truffle Cake, Kim’s Cuppicakes and Fresh Berries and Melon compote.
